Dear Faithful Ness Stockholders,

My stewardship over Ness Energy International, Inc. this year marks the 17th year since I worked with others to take over the company with the goal of resurrecting the vision and returning the company to trading publicly. Our group invested much effort and finances, but every attempt failed. I poured my heart, soul, and finances into our goal without any measurable progress.

My motivation was always to see the vision for the well in Israel drilled, never for personal gain. I never took or received a salary. The 240 million shares transferred to me from Alan Stricklan when I took over the company were returned to the treasury. I did not retain a single share. All these years I stood and fought for the restoration of the company and the stockholders' investment and to carry on the vision, but was unsuccessful.

I am so thankful for all of your prayers and support all of these years. Your encouragement was priceless to me.

The season for my stewardship over Ness Energy has ended. Therefore, I hereby submit my resignation as president, CEO and sole board member effective March 1st, 2026. As to the future plans for Ness, I have no further input or say.

May God’s highest and best plans for Ness Energy International, Inc. and its stockholders be fully accomplished.
